History of Photo Cards 4T Photo Cards 4T began with Elra K. Norris, who just naturally branched out from the website ELphotos.com and the free digital greeting card site Whimsy. Elra has been pursuing a love of nature through photography for more than 30 years. Having lived in and photographed seventeen states, Elra still finds her favorite subjects in southern Ohio and West Virginia from where she hails, and now in Illinois, south of Chicago, where she's transplanted herself.
